Due to the nature of our products — including hair extensions, wigs, custom units, digital products, and merchandise — no returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted under any circumstances.

Please review your order carefully before checkout.

Once payment is completed, your order cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.

In rare cases of a wrong item being received, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (clear photo and order number) for review. If approved, an exchange may be offered at our discretion.
